Structured daytime treatment without an overnight stay.
A Partial Hospitalization Program, or PHP, is a structured treatment setting that generally provides multiple hours of services during the day without an overnight stay. Schedules, services, and eligibility vary by program. PHP may be used as a transition from a more intensive setting or as an entry level of care when an assessment indicates that substantial daytime support is appropriate without 24-hour residential supervision. Services can include individual and group therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, education, and recovery planning. Ask each program about its schedule, staffing, clinical services, admission criteria, and how it coordinates care outside program hours.

Sponsored and enhanced listings may appear before standard listings. Within the same placement tier, listings with more complete directory information may appear first. Completeness is not a measure of clinical quality, safety, outcomes, or suitability. Learn how listings are ordered.
